1. General Information
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all reservations, access, and use of the sauna facilities located in Pregny-Chambésy, Geneva (the “Sauna”). The Sauna is owned and operated by Nikula Sàrl, a Swiss company registered in the Canton of Vaud (the “Operator”). By making a reservation or using the Sauna, you, the user, acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Operator is solely responsible for all reservations, liability, and day-to-day operations of the Sauna. The Operator has a separate partnership with the surrounding site and neighboring facilities (including the restaurant and tennis club) but is not responsible for their services or operations.

- Operator-Initiated Cancellation: In the event the Operator must cancel a sauna session due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, equipment failure, safety concerns, or staff illness, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. The Operator’s sole liability will be limited to a full refund of the payment made for the canceled session. The Operator is not liable for any other costs, damages, or expenses incurred by the customer as a result of the cancellation, such as travel costs or other consequential losses.
4. Use of Facilities
