Our wood-fired sauna is warmed to a gentle 65\u201375 \u00b0C, allowing you to enjoy the full benefits of the Finnish sauna tradition without overwhelming heat. The rhythm of the l\u00f6yly (steam) is calm and gradual, giving your body time to adjust while your mind slows down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each session begins with a short introduction on sauna relaxation, breathing techniques, and the art of cooling down \u2014 after which the space becomes quiet time<\/strong>. No phones, no conversation, just the sound of the fire and gentle steam rising from the stones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
